Pre-Order Payment Policy:
Customers who pre-order items from our online shop must complete their payment within 30 days of the item's arrival. If payment is not received within 30 days, the pre-order will be cancelled without refund.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent customers from making their payment on time. If you need more time to complete your payment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a possible extension.
We also reserve the right to cancel pre-orders at our discretion. In the event that we cancel a pre-order, we will issue a full refund to the customer.
Please note that pre-order items may have limited availability and may sell out quickly. We encourage customers to complete their payment as soon as possible to secure their pre-order.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund your payment, less a 5% administration fee. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Conditions for Returns
If you receive an item and it is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused.
If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. We will also deduct a 15% restocking fee from your refund to cover our costs. However, if the return is due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund and provide you with store credit to cover the cost of return shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. To ensure that your return is processed quickly and efficiently, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. If a package is lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Wrong Address and Refused Shipments
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, we will treat it as a return and deduct any costs incurred from your refund. We will also charge you for any return and reshipping costs.
