If an order is made by mistake or a customer changes their mind about their order, 5% admin fee will be charged within 14 days of purchase and 10% thereafter provided the order has not been shipped. Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.
Conditions required for RETURN
- Items are unopened and unused
- Return within 14 days of succeeded delivery
15% cost of the order and two-way shipping will be charged. However, if the return is caused by a mistake from our end we will issue you a full refund and we will issue you store credit to pay for the return shipping fee back to us.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.
Wrong address and refused shipment
Refused shipment (incorrect address or numerous failed delivery) is treated as a return and any costs incurred will be deducted from the refund. Any return and reshipping costs will be charged.
